- Successfully represented a prominent real estate company before the Punjab and Haryana High Court in proceedings under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, on the issue of arbitrability of disputes relating to challenges to mutation entries.
- Currently representing a prominent real estate company in arbitration proceedings arising out of a Memorandum of Settlement concerning development of commercial properties, before a sole arbitrator in Delhi.
- Successfully represented a major real estate developer before the Delhi High Court in multiple petitions under Sections 9, 11, and 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, involving interim measures, appointment of arbitrators, and challenges to arbitral awards.
- Represented Rajasthan DISCOM in matters relating to tariff regulations proceedings and in matters concerning the issue of whether the water cess, imposed under different nomenclatures by the States of Uttarakhand, Sikkim, and Himachal Pradesh, qualifies as a tax.
- Successfully represented a government institution before the Delhi High Court in a tender matter concerning disqualification over Abnormally Low Financial Bid.
- Currently representing a solar energy generating company before the NCLT, Delhi in insolvency proceedings arising out of cross-border transaction amounting to USD 2 Million.
- Represented a major construction company and government contractor in Arbitrations at Agra and Chandigarh.
